A Final Decision

     I have officially decided which template to use for my website! It's one of the templates I had been considering in a post I made earlier. On the Wix website, the "Science Documentary" template was the most fit for my vision. I've already started developing it. On the header where you can read the accolades for the docu-series (see below), I have selected some awards/film festival recognitions that the piece has *hypothetically* won. 

     I did research on film festivals that offer documentary categories. Many of the websites I visited were hard to navigate and the details for each category were not clear. Some of these included the Boulder International Film Festival and the Full Frame Documentary Film Festival. I chose the Seattle International Film Festival instead, where the docu-series would win the Grand Jury Prize in the Documentary Competition. 
     I thought it was more important to have the series gain recognition amongst award shows however, which is why I chose to include 2 awards on the header for the website instead of 2 or even 3 festival awards. The docu-series will be winning the Critic's Choice Award for Best Ongoing Documentary Series and I would receive an award for Best Director there as well. Additionally, the International Documentary Association would award the piece with Best Episodic Series.
